How do I book my motorcycle test ride?
There are a few ways that you can book your motorcycle test ride. You can call in to one of our dealerships where our team will be happy to help. If you prefer, you can also book by calling us, enquiring online, or using our live chat.

Can anyone book a test ride?
To book a test ride, you must:
• Be aged between 27* and 76
• Have no more than nine points on your licence
• If you are under 30, you’ll need to have held your licence for more than 12 months. When you come along for your test ride, we’ll validate your licence to confirm the above information.
What do I need to bring when I test ride a motorcycle?
You’ll need to bring along your own equipment and bike licence when you visit us for a demo ride.
Equipment required:
• Helmet
• Safety Jacket
• Boots
• Gloves
Are motorcycle test rides free?
Yes! Motorbike test rides are free of charge with Vertu Motorcycles.
What happens during a motorbike test ride?
During your test ride, it’s your opportunity to experience a bike firsthand and get a feel for how it rides. Your demo ride is unaccompanied and there’s no time limit, so you can fully experience how your chosen bike would fit into your lifestyle.
Do I need insurance?
No, you don’t need insurance to book a motorbike test ride. Don’t worry, this is something we’ll arrange for you!
