The Cruiser with the MotoGP Heart: New Ducati XDiavel V4
The new Ducati XDiavel V4 is where the bold attitude of performance meets cruiser comfort. This Sport Cruiser blends Ducati’s MotoGP racing soul with the laidback style of a low-slung cruiser, delivering 168hp from its Granturismo engine and just over 125 Nm of torque. Of course, wrapped up in striking Italian design.
Beautifully adaptable to its rider, the XDiavel V4 is designed with its rider in mind. Thanks to a lowered seat height of 770mm, intuitive footpeg positioning, and an ergonomically improved low and set back handlebar position - compared to the XDiavel 1260 - you can enjoy both full control and comfort for the whole journey.
While you sit comfortably on the well-profiled and thicker seat, you can appreciate the power beneath you. The 168hp 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine isn’t just powerful; it’s smart. It utilises extended rear cylinder deactivation for improved efficiency, along with a valve service interval of almost 40,000 miles, the XDiavel V4 is as practical as it is thrilling. The bike weighs in at just 229 kg unfuelled, making it agile and precise.
The engine is supported by fully adjustable suspension, tweaked from the XDiavel 1260 to provide slightly more wheel travel to improve passenger comfort. The 330mm discs and Brembo Stylema calipers along with a refined calibration of the ABS system onboard produce truly racing bike levels of stopping power. The perfect complement to the refined power and superb handling of the XDiavel V4.
Its four riding modes (Sport, Touring, Urban and Wet) along with a host of electronic aids like Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control and Wheelie Control make the bike both high-tech and rider-friendly. A 6.9” TFT dashboard with Bluetooth and Ducati Link App integration, rounds out the experience.
Choose your XDiavel V4 to come in either Burning Red or Black Lava, both metallic choices. This is the first time a Ducati has been offered in a red other than the iconic Ducati Red and Racing Red – just in case you needed any other reasons to snap up the Ducati XDiavel V4.
