Vertu BMW Motorrad | £500 Voucher Prize Draw | Terms and Conditions

1) PRIZE: ONE winner will receive a £500 voucher for clothing and accessories available from and supplied by Vertu BMW Motorrad at any of its four BMW Motorrad Dealerships (the Prize). Details of the available clothing and accessories are available on request at any time at the Dealerships.

There is no cash alternative, and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Under no circumstances can the Prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount.

The Prize may be used by the winner: (a) when purchasing accessories and / or clothing at any Dealership; (b) against the current retail price of any accessories and clothing sold by Vertu BMW Motorrad and available at the Dealership; (c) in addition to any other offer available at the time from Vertu BMW Motorrad; and (d) within 3 months of the end of the Promotion Period.

2) ELIGIBILITY: This prize draw is open to any person resident in the UK who is 18 years, or older. Employees of Vertu BMW Motorrad or its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees� families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

3) TIMING: Entry for this prize draw runs from 09:00 until 17:00 on 9th March 2024 (the Promotion Period).

4) ENTRY: To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must enter and submit their personal details on a Dealership�s electronic device or by utilising a provided link to the prize draw website during the Promotion Period for a chance to win. The following details are required for entry: name, telephone number, email address, home address including postcode and confirmation of contact preferences.

Each person may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete; are found to be part of an attempt to use multiple contact details to enter; violate the rights of any other person or entity; or are received outside of the Promotion Period. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which may be updated from time to time. Vertu BMW Motorrad is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. Vertu BMW Motorrad reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these terms and conditions.

5) SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winner of the Prize will be selected at random by Vertu BMW Motorrad at its absolute discretion.

6) NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) working days of the end of the Promotion Period. If the winner does not respond to the email within seventy-two (72) hours, another winner may be selected to replace them with the effect that they will cease to be entitled to the Prize. The winner may be asked to provide identification and any other documents as may be necessary to prove their eligibility before they are entitled to receive the Prize.

7) USE OF YOUR ENTRY: The winner of the Prize consents to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner (Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn). Any other personal data you provide when you enter may be used for future Vertu BMW Motorrad and any affiliated company�s marketing activities only if you indicate your consent to such activity. Otherwise, this personal data will be used by Vertu BMW Motorrad and agents acting on its behalf only for the operation of, and in connection with, this prize draw.

8) OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Vertu BMW Motorrad�s decision shall be final. Vertu BMW Motorrad reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. Participants in this promotion agree that Vertu BMW Motorrad will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the Prize, or from participation in this promotion. Nothing in this clause shall limit Vertu BMW Motorrad�s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Vertu BMW Motorrad�s fraud. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, BMW (UK) Limited, the manufacturer or the supplier of the accessories or clothing.

9) SPIRIT OF THE PRIZE DRAW: If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this prize draw by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we will disqualify that entrant�s entry to this prize draw and may ban the entrant from participating in any future prize draws run by Vertu BMW Motorrad or any of its affiliates, so please enter fairly.

10) LAW AND JURISDICTION: This prize draw and these terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The winner irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
